To place an order simply email or phone through the details.

Delivery:

Delivery within the UK is £5.95 special delivery which is fully insured. We will endeavour to send your package within 7-14 days of receiving payment. If you have a tighter deadline please inform us. We welcome our overseas customers, please email for payment and shipping details.

How to Pay:

Please make cheques payable to Flo & Percy complete with cheque guarantee number, expiry date and your full address written on the back.

Refunds & Returns:

Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the total cost of your order excluding postage on goods returned within 7 days of receipt. No returns are accepted after this period. Refunds will not be given for used goods. All returns will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

Please note that refunds cannot be given on bespoke purchases.
